Floor Material Description:
1. The substrate of this product is made of all steel plate substrate. (The minimum completion height can reach 55mm)
2. The surface layer adopts ceramic veneer.
3. Seal the surroundings with black adhesive tape.
Product Performance Description:
This product is produced strictly in accordance with the technical requirements of the national standard GB/T36340-2018, and meets the technical requirements of the British MOB standard and the American CISCA standard.
Obtain the activity floor inspection report from the Information Industry Anti static Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center
Obtain the environmental testing report on formaldehyde emissions from the National Building Materials Testing Center;
Obtain the Environmental Protection Testing Report for Radioactive Substances from the National Building Materials Testing Center;
Obtain fire detection reports from authoritative departments

Floor laying height: (total laying height from ground to floor surface) is optional for 70mm or more.

The limit deviation of the board width is 0/-0.4mm;
Limit deviation of plate thickness ± 0.3mm
Surface flatness ≤ 0.6mm
The perpendicularity of adjacent edges is ≤ 0.3mm.
Ultimate performance of flooring:
Concentrated load is 2950/4450/5560N (deflection ≤ 2mm)
Uniformly distributed load 12500/23000/33000N/㎡
Ultimate load ≥ 8850/13350/16680N.
Impact resistance of raised floor:
There should be no collapse in the experimental area, and the permanent deformation on the floor should be ≤ 1.5mm.
Fireproof performance:
Comply with the technical requirements of GB50222-95 "Code for Fire Protection Design of Interior Decoration of Buildings" and GB8624-97 "Test Method for Non combustibility of Building Materials":
The performance of A2 grade non combustible materials.
Floor support:
Adopting a simulated imported plug-in bracket system, adaptive nut structure, with anti slip release!
The support should remain intact for 1 minute under a load of 20KN.
Bracket appearance:
The rust proof layer on the surface of the metal parts is not peeled off and there are no obvious defects.
