In computer room decoration projects, the installation of wall panels has fixed processes and steps, as follows:
1. During the installation of computer room wall panels, matching tools shall be used. Construction personnel must check whether the tools are ready before construction. The specific items to be checked are: whether the main materials and accessories are intact; whether the matching measuring tools are calibrated. If they do not meet the usage requirements, they shall be replaced and repaired in time.
2. Clarify the construction scope and check whether the relevant items meet the conditions in the construction drawings, and whether the wall installation requirements, fireproof and dustproof technologies meet the usage conditions and relevant regulations. The following aspects shall be referred to: the distance between the wall surface, working surface and axis; find the spacing and position of control points according to the reference surface, pay attention to visibility; find the spacing of installation angles according to the reference surface; the horizontal difference from the control elevation; the vertical distance from the building and the distance from each floor.
3. Set out according to the construction drawings and actual measured dimensions. Snap the center line of the ground rail at the intersection of the center lines of the two edge trims and the ground. These four lines shall be in a vertical plane to ensure the verticality of the wall after installation.
4. The installation shall be neat, and the joints shall be reinforced and trimmed. Nails or screws shall be used to fix on the cement ceiling every 500mm—600mm.
5. When installing the ground rail, reserve the installation position of the door first and pay attention to the ground height difference. If the ground height difference is too large, level the ground first to reduce the drop without affecting the level adjustment. Fix on the ground every 600mm with nails or screws. If the ground gap is too large, fill it with sealant.
6. Cut the edge trims according to the actual measured values and trim the edges after cutting. Strive for neatness and consistency, with no gaps at the connections.
7. Install a vertical keel every 49cm (half the size of the partition). The columns on both sides of the door frame are completely fixed up and down without shaking. Add a vertical keel in the opposite direction. If the door leaf width exceeds 90cm, the upper horizontal column of the door frame must be reinforced and fixed by welding. For horizontal through keels higher than 3 meters, install one every 1.2 meters vertically. When two keels are connected, they must overlap, and the overlapping length shall not be less than 10cm.
8. Carry out column wrapping treatment.
9. After the installation of the computer room metal sandwich panel curtain wall, tear off the protective adhesive paper on the wall surface layer by layer from top to bottom, and dismantle the scaffold synchronously layer by layer. Pay attention to protecting the wall panels during dismantling, do not bump or scratch them. After completing the construction of the entire curtain wall project, remove the attachments immediately.
10. After the installation of the curtain wall project, a top-down cleaning plan shall be formulated to ensure no abnormality on the surface decoration. The neutral detergent for cleaning the wall panels shall be tested to prove that it has no corrosion effect on the surface coating of the wall panels.
