1. Selection of transport vehicles — suitable vehicle models shall be selected according to the specifications and types of computer room wall panels. Large trailers are generally used.

2. When loading computer room wall panels, pack the wall panels and accessories according to models and types in advance, and bind them firmly to avoid abrasion or scratches on the metal surface.

3. During transportation, the computer room wall panels shall be firmly bound on the vehicle, and temporary fixing measures such as wooden wedges shall be used to avoid loosening and extrusion deformation caused by vehicle shaking, so as to reduce the risk of metal surface abrasion or scratches.

4. When transporting non-standard panels, pay attention to whether the height of the panels exceeds the length of the trailer, and take corresponding anti-overturning measures. When binding the computer room wall panels on the vehicle, place angle steel of the same length at the corners of both sides of the top wall panels, which can evenly distribute the binding pressure and avoid damaging the edges of the wall panels due to concentrated pressure. For long-distance transportation or poor road conditions, the metal surface wall panels must be placed horizontally.

5. When transporting computer room wall panels, the overhang length at the support points of steel wall panels shall not be greater than 1.0 meter to ensure that the materials will not be deformed and worn. If there are wall panels longer than 2 meters, the corresponding panels must be overhung and bound at the tail to avoid damage to the wall panels due to excessive deflection caused by the vibration of the vehicle tail.

6. When handling panels, lift both ends at the same time to avoid damaging the surface oxide film or coating.

II. Notes on Installation of Jingtong Computer Room Wall Panels:

1. During the installation of computer room wall panels, matching tools shall be used. Construction personnel should check whether the tools are complete before construction. The specific items to be checked are whether the main materials and accessories are complete and intact, and whether the matching measuring tools are calibrated. If they do not meet the usage requirements, they shall be replaced and repaired in time.

2. Before installation, clarify the construction scope, and check whether the site conditions meet the wall installation requirements in the construction drawings, and whether the fireproof, dustproof and electrostatic shielding technologies meet the usage conditions and relevant regulations. The following aspects shall be referred to:

(1) The distance between the wall surface, working surface and axis;

(2) Find the spacing and position of control points according to the reference surface, pay attention to visibility;

(3) Find the spacing of installation angles according to the reference surface;

(4) The horizontal difference from the control elevation;

(5) The vertical distance from the building and the distance from each floor.

The joints of anti-static wall panels shall be uniform and tight, and the computer room wall shall be vertical. In the vertical direction of the wall, use computer room wall panels with the same height or longer size as much as possible, and minimize the lap joints of the wall to make it close to the wall, which plays an important role in the safety and aesthetics of the computer room.

3. After the installation of the computer room metal sandwich panel curtain wall, tear off the protective adhesive paper on the wall surface layer by layer from top to bottom, and dismantle the scaffold synchronously layer by layer. Pay attention to protecting the wall panels during dismantling, do not bump or scratch them, and then complete the construction of the entire curtain wall project. After the installation of the curtain wall project, a top-down cleaning plan shall be formulated to prevent abnormalities on the surface decoration. The neutral detergent for cleaning the wall panels shall be tested to prove that it has no corrosion effect on the surface coating of the wall panels. Clean with clean water in time after cleaning with neutral detergent.

4. No obvious depression shall occur at the joints, and no obvious defects such as wavy warping shall occur after connecting the inner and outer corner edges. If the requirements are not met during installation, the construction personnel shall immediately make corresponding adjustments to meet the users usage requirements.
